REQUEST FOR QUOTE

CALCIUM THIOSULPHATE METERING PUMP SYSTEM AND INSTALLATION - SEATTLE, WA

INTRODUCTION
This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 

SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE

DESCRIPTION
The US Geological Survey (USGS), Western Fisheries Research Center (WFRC), requires a Calcium Thiosulphate Injection System including installation as described in the attached Salient Characteristics. 

RELEVANT INFORMATION
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333914 Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing and associated size standard 750 applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code (PSC) 4510 Plumbing Fixtures and Accessories.

EVALUATION OF QUOTES
Quotes will be evaluated by Comparative Evaluations. 

Offerors are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Evaluation Factors (see Attachment). This may include product literature, references, or other documents, if necessary.
